Moving the legs
switched my week up since its Christmas and did legs today. I love leg day, I feel so strong, like I could kick a 300# man across the room strong.
Its bitterly cold here though, so I might use the 300# man to block the wind, LOL.
first thing I started out with 30minutes ss cardio on my treadmill, going to end with over 850 miles on it, I’ve had it for 2 years, so 2008 I’ve kept it busy.
My leg workout included some abs

Its like 3 degrees here but I had to go clean and check my candy machines plus buy some grub for Christmas dinner. Going to try and make homemade bread and an apple pie for Christmas, hopefully it will go great.
Tommorow will be back day. Giving the chest a break, I’ve been fighting a cold and my chest is sore either from it or my workout last week, so I’ll work it Wednesday. Doing great on the Hydroxycut contest, though I did have birthday cake on Saturday, its hard to turn down cake when the 3year old birthday girl is giving it to you with a big old smile on her face.
