Also 20min hiit on rbike.
I love doing cardio while watching CSI, weird but true and Spike channel runs CSI at the perfect time for me.
Contest is going well, though I have a girls get together Friday planned, and a Friend’s little girls birthday party on Saturday, hopefully my will power will be strong and I will not devour tons of appetizers on Friday or tons of cake on Saturday.
Tommorow is leg day, I love leg day, I feel uber strong on leg day.

I’m writing out my WO as we speak. Bubba tried to convince me to stay home and hang out with him, uh NO! Got pissed at him for trying to sabotage me - Lord knows I do enough of it to myself!

Nicely done, Kybers! I hear you on the value of a good hot shower when you’re done….have hit the point a couple times in my workouts where I smell something NASTY….only to realize minutes later that it’s ME I’m smelling!

Thanks. I use to scare the guys in the weight area when I’d stack weights on, if you’re not going to lift heavy don’t bother is what someone once said to me.
