That’s what I am hoping for, not only in my body, but my mind, spirit, etc. I hope to achieve what I will consider a very fit body and win the hydroxycut contest. Prove you can have a child and still look great.
So that will be a major goal of mine in 2009, to make myself fitter, stronger and lose any unnecessary jiggle. I think I stand a good chance of achieving that. My aggression is here full swing, like a lion released into the jungle ready to kick some ass and take some names. Too bad it took some major politics, suck assing, etc to open my eyes and let it out again.
Been thinking of letting my hair grow again, though with this contest, apparently your hair must be similiar to I guess I’m stuck with this hair until the end of the contest. I’m just happy to have hair, once upon a time going thru chemo I didn’t. I never complain about bad hair days anymore.

Going to pig out today and have pics taken tommorow for the big hydroxycut contest, hopefully my belly will be nice and bloated, lol. I don’t worry to much about belly boat, its usually just water weight, but I want some really bad before pics, lol so I have been doing creatine too, I’ll be nice and squishy looking!
I was looking at pics of me at my heaviest, never really looked horrible but that has a lot to do with being tall. So I really feel for petite people, they have to work extra hard, and I’m really impressed. God blessed me with height, and its far easier to hide extra weight when your tall and not petite.

If I hear that one more time from someone I will scream. I don’t want to be an inspiration. I want someone to go "Damn look how good she looks, she must workout hard." Let’s face it I want to be considered hot.
Not some inspiration because I fought cancer. I had no choice, what was I supposed to do lay down and die?
Probably all goes back to junior high/high school and I was in one word a geek. I had baby fat, braces, glasses and at that time I was short. I grew one summer 5 inches, talk about growing pains. I still hear 4 eyes, fatso, shorty in my head. So no I don’t want to be an inspiration unless its because you’re looking at me thinking my bod is in shape and I inspire you to work out. So no do not say "I’m an inspiration" or "why do you work out you’re not going to get any better."
To that I say Kiss my ARSE. I needed to say that today. I’ve been feeling bad lately because I naively thought somone was my friend but they’re not.
Ok enough of my ranting, can you see the gawky 15 year old girl screaming there at the top?????
I worked out today, yes sirree, because I know Meg and Annissa are going to try to kick my butt during the hyroxycut contests and that they were working out, so thank you for the push. Plus I know Al already worked out.

Haven’t blogged what with Christmas coming, but I have worked out, legs on Friday, some cardio on Saturday, some Wii all weekend. Early and quick chest workout today.
Not in the mood for cardio today. It will be a struggle the next couple days motivating myself to do it. Hormones suck, oh well the joys of being a woman.
Anyhow I’ve decided I’m not entering any more contests on another site I blog on. I always give it my all and nothing, and I mean I give it my all. Every contest. From the beginning back when my hips were humungous(44 inches or more), thru thyroid issues(I have no thyroid and darn if it can’t stall or ruin your weight loss), scares about cancer(turned out to be a fractured rib).
Being a two time cancer survivor anytime they act all weird looking at your cat scans you freak out and automatically think the worse. Turns out it was a refracture, and I didn’t even know I"d fractured it the first time)
Anyhow I just feel so bad about mysel after these contests, like my best is not enough. And I’ve realized who cares? I like my muscles and my body looks far better than when I started this journey, so why do I let it get me down.
So back to the hydroxycut contest, need to clean up the eats(no more Christmas cookies), lol. I might even enter the big one I read about starting January 1st, why not, and I will do it only for me. There will be tons of us in the contest pushing each other to look our best.
Hope everyone who’s in the current one is hitting those workouts hard.

I watched a horror movie called The Descent, 6 female friends go cave exploring and it was a great movie, not only for the scary parts but how strong these women were. Watching them climb and hang from cave ceilings made me want to be able to do that.
There was a scene where one character had to hang by one hand from a cave ceiling while trying to get a hook in it with the other hand and I was like "I want to do that"
I’ve never been cave exploring and I have no friends who have been but I so want to try it. I wonder if you can take some type of beginners course.
Anyhow this week has been great with workouts, Monday was legs, Tuesday was Back and today was chest, cardio each day.

switched my week up since its Christmas and did legs today. I love leg day, I feel so strong, like I could kick a 300# man across the room strong.
Its bitterly cold here though, so I might use the 300# man to block the wind, LOL.
first thing I started out with 30minutes ss cardio on my treadmill, going to end with over 850 miles on it, I’ve had it for 2 years, so 2008 I’ve kept it busy.

Its like 3 degrees here but I had to go clean and check my candy machines plus buy some grub for Christmas dinner. Going to try and make homemade bread and an apple pie for Christmas, hopefully it will go great.
Tommorow will be back day. Giving the chest a break, I’ve been fighting a cold and my chest is sore either from it or my workout last week, so I’ll work it Wednesday. Doing great on the Hydroxycut contest, though I did have birthday cake on Saturday, its hard to turn down cake when the 3year old birthday girl is giving it to you with a big old smile on her face.

I have a warrior side, the side that when I learned I had cancer said "Ok lets kick its arse, get healthy and not look back" then I have my boohoo side. My boohoo side has been hitting me hard for about a week now. Chipping away at the ego. Amazing how your own self conscious can drag you down.
And it was winning until I went down and pounded on my boxing dummy Bob today for a good 15minutes. I just screamed out everything at the top of my lungs and wailed on him until I was literally breathing heavy and feeling like a burden was gone.
I’m my own worse critic and when things happen that make me feel bad about myself, the boohoo side comes out. Well its gone and I had a great workout

Had someone ask me about the plan I follow, HOrmonal timing thru Buffmother. I love talking about it, hopefully she will look it up. Its really helped me drop fat and get some muscle.
I’m hoping during this contest for hydroxycut I really get my legs to show their muscles. They’re strong, but darn if I can get those muscles to pop.
I realized my glutes need work while doing Wii boxing the other day, wonder if boxers squeeze their glutes the whole time they box?

I’ve decided to enter the hydroxycut contest to help really motivate me. Kinda scary but exciting at the same time. So last night I had a big old helping of rice for dinner and 2 beers to help bloat me up, lol.
I’ll be hitting it hard this week while buffing, and in preparation for Christmas. Planning on lifting 5 days, cardio for 6. To start out with a bang. While boosting I’m going to concentrate on building some muscle, more specifically in my legs/glutes. Going to wear those babies out.
Besides working out on tap this week is wrapping presents, then besides buying food for Christmas dinner I will be all ready for it.
