New training
July 4, 2008So over the past year or so I have tried some new types of training. Very realistic and very street survival oriented. Lots of harness pulls, running hills, pain management, performing under stress, etc. Its awesome. Its amazing what your body will do when pushed.
Hasnt been good for the waist. Bodyfat has lowered a bit but along with strength training I keep getting stronger and my cardio gets better. It feels good at 280 to be able to spar for rounds on end, run 3 miles, and still bench 500. Although I would like to be around 240 and keep the strength only time will tell.
