DIET, TRAINING, POSING, PREPPING..3 WEEKS OUT! YAY

well i just woofed down my fifth and final meal (chicken, broc and green beans mixed together…with salt free seasoning..Ofcourse!) DELISH..HELLOO!! :D

time for an update. speaking of time..its absolutely FLYING! and its great, i cannot wait until July 18th. diet is good, i’m looking on point, posing..check.

so this weekend i’m taking a trial run with water pills, to see how my body reacts to them. and then tomorrow…i get a SMALL cheat… 5oz of steak for dinner..with the usual veggies. and THEN a small cup of ice cream! (choc or vanilla, nothing fancy). YAY, this is to see how my body reacts to the sugar. i’ll be taking pictures of course.. to document what happens! but holy moly am i excited for that ice cream. i’ll let ya’ll know how it goes LOL. tomorrow is going to b a good day! :D we will call this the weekend of experimentation.

as far as everythign else goes. got my suit back to the girl who is making it. I’m ecpecting it in the mail NEXT WEEK! AHH YAY! i have all my protan and the rest of those goodies. got them in the mail this week. have appointments set up to get a mani and pedi, have a hair appt set up as well. i’m definitely covering my bases! its helping with motivation!

well, time to go. need to shower..and get to bed at a decent time so i wont be starving too bad by the time i get there. blah!

update, 5 weeks out!

Alrighty, so I’m 5 weeks out! Time has been flying, its crazy! I haven’t been on here too much because I got a new job! good deal, it helps cuz it keeps me busy, my mind off of food, and it makes the weeks fly by!

My diet will be changing weekly now, I’ll see what changes are being made for this week on Tuesday. I got my suit in the mail yesterday for fitting, i need to send it back to her (Amy) at Suits By Amy) she’ll sew the straps, decorate it, then i’ll have my suit all ready to go! I cannot wait. I tried it on, it isnt as bad as i thought it was going to be, my butt and legs have a little bit of a way to go, but 5 weeks will do the trick! I love the color (its tourquoise). maybe i’ll post a pic of it. but then again maybe not, lol cuz it isnt finished!

My workouts have been great, i’ve been doing my cardio in the morning before work (i’m still doing 1 hour) so thats nice to get that out of the way early! Then i go to the gym after work around 5ish. its such a busy time. I dont get home till 7-8 depending on the lift etc etc. then its time to eat/cook if need be and shower, repeat. its nuts! i love having a schedule like this, because i’m constantly busy. (by july i’ll be ready for a break though, i’m sure) back to the workouts, i’m doing giant sets for every lift i do. its awesome, i’m in and out of the gym fast! i hit it hard and then i’m done before i know it. its wonderful!

well its time to go eat my first meal, i’m starving! tilapia here i come! 

i’ll try to post some updated pics soon! my last progress pics were at 8.5 weeks out. i’m kinda interested to see the differences (i hope!!!) oh and i did update my stats, i usually do it every month, and there were some definite changes, YAY! i love it! :)

 

okay i’m off, time for FOOOODDDDD!! :D
