a cheat meal this weekend, and 11 weeks out. OH MY!
hahah, so since I have been dieting down for a show that was supposed to be in June, which has now turned into a July show.. my trainer told me last Wednesday that I was allowed to have a small cheat meal. AHHH!! i was pretty darn excited. So from Wednesday on ALL i thought about was what I was going to have for my cheat meal on Saturday. non stop. it was bad LOL. It was really messing with me mentally LOL.
So what did i choose?.. My boyfriend took me to Texas Roadhouse (LOVE THIS PLACE) and I ate my usual 6 oz steak, salad, and i got baked beans instead of my usual streamed broccoli. and well, i absolutely LOVE their rolls and cinnamon butter…so you can guess that i ate a TON of rolls. there’s part one of my cheat. then later on in the evening i had some all natural, no sugar added ice cream! ahhhh it was sooooo good. i was a happy camper this weekend.
Well now its monday and I’m still feeling my cheats (a tiny bit by now) but nevertheless this weekend I did not feel normal. I’m starting to feel lean again, thank god. The cheat seemed SO worth it at the time, but now that I feel/think about it.. I just wanna feel normal again, LOL. It isnt going to hurt me, I’m 11 weeks out and have plenty of time. Though on another thought, it really helped me mentally. Dieting is tough on the mind sometimes. I give major kudos to all who compete.
Okay off of that subject, I meet with my trainer tomorrow. Can’t wait to see if she changes anything.

I’m with you, the rolls are so good. It is amazing how our bodies respond to what we put into them–most folks never realize it until you get serious about the diet!
