ups and downs! 8 weeks to go! :)
Thursday, May 21st, 2009i figured it was time for an update, regardless of whether people read this or not..it’ll be cool to look back on.
its thursday, so i’m just gona call it 8 weeks out. lol. This week my trainer cut my sodium and she took away any artificial sweetener that i was using. So that means no more sweet and low in my coffee, no milk in my coffee, no s&l for my oatmeal (which is a definite adjustment) no more mustard for my chicken. booo. i can deal with the mrs. dash salt free seasonings though, they are good. oh and she tells me only a coupld pieces of sugar free gum a week! there goes my sanity..and i still have 8 weeks.
I think this is so rough because i’ve been eating the same thing for so long. I started dieting down the second week of MARCH. SOO that will equal a total of 17 weeks of dieting for this show. which is no biggie because it has helped me A LOT. so i’ve basically been eating the same for 10 weeks..with little variations here and there. I was expecting more of a change in meals (this week)..but again if it works then thats great! eat boring so you can look good
I have days where i’m like "oh this is no big thang!" and then there are days that im SUPER sluggish (like today, for instance) and don’t feel like doing a damn thing. Its hard to be totally happy-go-lucky all the time. BUT….
i got my EYE on JULY! i cannot wait. i’m getting very excited and i still have 2 months haha.
