I hate twix and burgers
Ok, tell me why its 9 a.m. and Im eating a dog gone twix. Then at lunch I take a fat burner with a 1/3lbs. cheese burger w/ onion rings on it and bacon and bbq sauce. Yea that goes great. All day I was feeling like crap. I think I have figured it out. The Screech diet for two weeks, then the Lohan diet for like 3 months. No not really. I need to have more control. Bodyblog out!

I know you feel bad about the meal but its ok..you could have just eaten better the rest of the day or went for a run or a jog there is no use gettin all sad over it..just move on…and start fresh the next meal………..eat well, exercise and you will see results
btw you really need to learn how to say NO to foods that are unhealthy if you cant learn to do this that then you will fail..trust me there is going to be PLENTY of temptation in the food stores on TV, from your peers and from yourself to eat crap (like twix and burgers) SO learn how to say no and it will benefit you in the end!!
