Ok, tell me why its 9 a.m. and Im eating a dog gone twix. Then at lunch I take a fat burner with a 1/3lbs. cheese burger w/ onion rings on it and bacon and bbq sauce. Yea that goes great. All day I was feeling like crap. I think I have figured it out. The Screech diet for two weeks, then the Lohan diet for like 3 months. No not really. I need to have more control. Bodyblog out!

Well i just got off my lazy ass and started working out again! I know I’m goin’ to want to quit so I really need to find something to keep me going. The #1 thing that I will battle is weekend drinking. See I dont drink on the weekdays because i have to work, but when friday hits, the bordem makes me want to drink if that makes any since at all. The other thing,,,, sleep. I dont get enough sleep. I need to get my shit together. For example I’ve been working out for 2 weeks now and this past weekend I had pizza and beer. I’m so stupid!!!
