I’ve been working out hard with weights, cardio and eating clean for over 2 weeks.  I had a couple slip ups with the eating part of it.  I love sun chips and bought some for my son then ended up eating most of the bag myself.  I didn’t feel like I was getting any results.  The scale only showed 1 lb. loss so took photos and measured.  To my suprise, my waist is 2" smaller and hips .5" smaller,  Not too bad.  In the photos I can see some toning.
