Tis’ the season for pies, cakes and all the stuff I really have been working hard to avoid. I did very well durning Thanksgiving, and I am going to keep up the good work for Christmas. You know I can honestly say this is the longest I’ve been able to keep this up. It’s not a diet, but a healthier lifestyle change. Happy Holidays BB.COM

I said to myself I was going to do it just eating clean and increasing my workouts. But today I went by GNC and they had Hydroxycutt Hardcore on sale and well I bought it. So no more Slenderite and going to use Hydroxy. I’ll keep you posted.

Just added post as a Napalm tested, so I wanted to update it here as well. I am still going to use Natrol Slenderite, and I got some really great ideas and suggestions from the BB.com forums.

It’s been about 2 weeks since I started Slenderite with Oxydrene. What I have realized is my appitite is completely gone. I’ve never been a big eater, just an unhealthy one. My goal was portion control, but now I’m afraid, if I don’t eat anything, my body will go into "store/starvation" mode. I read somewhere that’s what happends when people starve themselves. I don’t need that.

About a week ago I discontinued the use of Cortizyme, and introduced Slenderite with Oxydrene. I say for myself I like the results so far. I’m more relaxed and can get more sleep at night, and getting on the ball in the morning. Haven’t weighed in yet, so I will do that later and see if there was any progress. But I feel pretty good. 1.Take my lunch to work.
2. Limit alcohol to weekends.
3. Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal.
4.When dining out, make it automatic: Order one dessert to share.
5. Start eating a big breakfast
