Mad at my doc….
Saturday, September 26th, 2009OK, so I went to the doc yesterday about a bulging disk in my back and he told me to stop doing anything that puts weight on my spine, seated leg press (with the back rest), and dead lifts (especially straight-leg deads). So now, with the things that I am not supposed to do because of my knee….like stairs, lunges, and full-range extensions; I am really frustrated because my legs really need more size to be able to place at any completions!
