I have been asked a few times by local girls to help with posing and contest prep.  I have kicked around the idea about doing a posing clinic for awhile and finally decided to do it.  My first one is quick, coming May 9th, and another one will be either the end of July or first part of August.  I have my good friend, Nancy Georges, to thank for the idea!

Is anybody else an "in-betweener"?

Not big enough for figure, but too toned for bikini?  I love muscle and I don’t want to lose what I have to compete in Bikini, but I am not big enough to compete against the national-level figure gals.  I don’t want to be thick, and I don’t want to be soft….what’s a girl to do?

I need opinions…..should I go bikini or figure??
