Its been about 100 years since I’ve made a post, been busy with Christmas and my daughter’s birthday (those are good excuses, right?)  Anywho, I will be heading to "sunny" Ohio next month to work at the expo again.  I will be at the VPX booth so come say hi!  This will be my third Arnold with VPX.  If you are going to the Arnold for the first time, make sure you have extra space in your luggage for all the supplements you’ll be taking home. 

As far as competing goes, I have been holding back from any big shows due to the traveling expenses.  I just started at 6 week "vacation."  I work as a dental assistant and my boss had shoulder surgery.  That means if he can’t work, I can’t work.  Six weeks off is really going to dent the checkbook!  I am planning a local show in April, and hopefully I’ll be able to fly to Miami for the Fitness Universe Pageant.  That’s not until June so I’ll be saving my pennies until then!

I think I’ll be writing more now that I will have extra time, so until next time….
