April 24, 2009If you haven’t heard - I am working with stevep78 - week 3 down….and feeling wonderful. Love this site -so much helpful information…. can’t wait to get to the gym in the morning (how crazy is that) - - again - thanks all who have assisted me so far on this site - makes the motivation and determination thing easier. Knowing I have help makes me want to push myself harder & further. Not many people around me here in Oklahoma have the same desire to change… so this site has made things possible… THANKS!
