Calves training!

Many of you asked me about my calves training:I don’t train them at all.I developed them by all the cycling and running-as a runner and triathlete:)(maybe a little bit of genes???.LOL)

  6. Stryka Says:

Well that sucks, I used to do heaps of cycling and my calves still suck :(

  7. gq33 Says:

you are completely right, it is all about genes

  8. MyosinNActin Says:

I dont know about that gq33…if its ALL totally due to genes. I dont train my calves at all and they are pretty good given the fact that i dont train them. I think it might be because i did some ballroom dancing at one point in my life and dancing with heels can really give your calves a workout…I also played soccer and one time played soccer barefoot in my backyard…i dont know what it is about running around barefoot (and its probably bad for your ligaments) but it really works the calves.

i tthink katarina has a mix of great genes and smart form and workout
