Many of you asked me about my calves training:I don’t train them at all.I developed them by all the cycling and running-as a runner and triathlete:)(maybe a little bit of genes???.LOL)
I had to post it in here…how most of the women are afraid of lifting heavy:)-please,don’t be!!!i have gain 10 pounds of lean muscle mass since July and i’m still the same clothing size then before!!!:)
