Marathon Week 1 Day 5
Yay a school week of training done!
My 30 minute runs are gettting better…I started on day 2 at 3.3 miles, day 3 at 3.5 miles and day 5 at 3.7 miles and I walked it on an incline until 4.10! I’m getting there…Improvements come
