Yay a school week of training done!
My 30 minute runs are gettting better…I started on day 2 at 3.3 miles, day 3 at 3.5 miles and day 5 at 3.7 miles and I walked it on an incline until 4.10! I’m getting there…Improvements come

So I’ve decided to run a marathon!!! I’m very excited but I am hoping my knees stay with me on it!
It was officially day 2 of training! quick 30 minute run was ten times easier than the run was yesterday!! yay!!
well its off day tomorrow so im going to make sure i rest those knees

So its Monday…everyone’s favorite day…SIKE! Normally Monday’s do not bother me because I had nothing to do but school started up for me today and everything changed!
I feel so out of whack today! I woke up early and took a cycle class at 5:45am before going to school at 8 and I was really proud of myself for getting up early and takin that class but the rest of the day I was tired and hungry. I had to pack my lunch because I was gone from 5:30am to 8:00pm. Packing your food just isnt the same as having your fridge right there. I guess it helps with spur eating but nothing taste as good nor do you have the proper proportions. Plus I think i screwed up my shouler from carrying my book bag, cooler, and gym bag on my left shoulder.
I lifted today at the gym and my shoulder was just not having it! It totally sucked…I got a decent leg work out in but I always enjoy working out my arms and I just couldnt do it today.
I felt as though my motivation level was just not on key today
! Better bounce back tomorrow!
