What’s up everybody.  I look forward to writing here.  Some days I just jot down my food intake, others  I ramble about the happenings that make up my crazy life.  Today I stayed home, only going out for groceries.  I also fasted, until about 11pm, only taking in some juice and some grapes.  

I did this to give my digestive system a break, and just relax.  It was great.

Meal 1

A truly embarassing gym moment.

So embarrassing today.  I was doing situps and my pants (which have gotten quite big) somehow kept on shifting down without my knowing and some guy had to come up to me to tell me that I better pull them up, cause ‘a lot’ is showing.  HOW EMBARASSING, ESPECIALLY SINCE I WORK AT THIS GYM!

I didn’t freak or anything, just continued my workout, did my cardio and left, but I wonder what was showing?  I don’t even want to know.  I’m not exactly comfortable with my assets just yet.  Was flab pouring out of my gym pants, muffin top style?  I’m driving myself insane thinking about this!

Today’s an ‘official’ cheat day for me.  The cheating I do every other day, is ‘unofficial’.  Which makes having an official cheat day pointless, but I don’t care.  I feel like some pizza.

Meal 1

2 cups oatmeal  200

3 Slices Pizza  900

Small chocolate   180

It’s obvious I’m not taking this calorie thing seriously, yet I’m still writing it all down because I’m learning so much about the food I’m eating.  I’ve since learned my biggest diet killers were cashews, almonds, sugars in my espressos, and alco-pops.  I never really considered that those things were the problems and was always blaming the carbs:  bread, oats, etc.  

Great experience so far.

Found some almonds behind other stuff on my shelf, so today is the last day for nuts, for real this time.

Listening to satellite radio from the states right now.  This ‘bail-out’ plan for the banks - 700 Billion dollars to the richest institutions in America????  What about when they were making profits?  Did they pay extra in taxes then?  I wonder what average Americans are thinking right now.

I had a 500 ml can of beer last night.  I know it’s evil, I know it stops fat burning - but I probably wasn’t burning fat anyways cause I probably ate close to 487 almonds during the day.    It was refreshing, quite tasty and gave me a buzz, so all in all, it was a good decision on my part.  On to today’s food so far:

1/2 cup almonds (I’m finishing these up, no more after today *sob*)  250

Well, I’m on bb.com now killing time waiting for my workmates to upload a project.  Any retarded workmate stories out there?  If so, I FEEL YOUR PAIN.  It’s because we work out and oxygen travels to our brains, making our thinking process vastly superior to most of society.  WE RULE!!

This really comes down to self control

and why is that so damn hard?  ’cause eating is such an enjoyable activity, right up there with sex.  since my life is rather lacking in the latter, I indulge in the first.  pretty pathetic.

very pathetic actually!  I need to find someone good to have sex with on a regular basis.  until then, its all about self control, counting those calories and keeping up with my workouts.  

I think the real culprit in keeping my calories in line is nuts, namely cashews and almonds.  I’m fat, but its nicely distributed fat, so I don’t look like a fat chick, but a thick chick.  I don’t mind this, but my gains in muscle aren’t showing through the fluff, and I want to show off my delts and tri’s already.  

Fatcepts aren’t cool.  I see these guys at the gym doing some insane lifts, but you can’t see their muscles ’cause they’re fat, and that’s a damn shame.  

So here’s a piece of advice to all those ripped fatties out there and especially to myself:  it’s time to get our eating under control people!!  We got to feel the hunger every once in a while, its good for us!  And if you can’t get your mind off food, then get laid already!

I’m thinking I should get some pictures up.  For 160 pounds I don’t look half bad to be honest.  I’ve been lifting weights for a few months now, and just got this flibflab around my waist and bottom.  I see these fitness models at 115 pounds and wonder what I would look like if I lost 45 pounds, or if I’d still continue to exist.

What a screwed up day.  First, we ate out at work, so I was being good and had two chicken skewers, cabbage/carrot salad but had 3 small chocolate pieces afterwards.  Then I went to my other job at the gym, and it felt like everyone was on a mission to piss me off.  Plus my ass looked huge in all the reflecting mirrors.  Had a good workout today: chest + bi’s and some nice HIIT on the treadmill.  Here’s the breakdown of my food:
