					<description>More than a decade ago I injured my knee while doing Donkey Calf Raises. It was &amp;amp;#34;Times Past,&amp;amp;#34; meaning I could do the whole stack plus at least a 25 pounder per side. Anyways, once I was in position and had done a couple of reps, I decided to adjust the placing of my right foot. So, being lazy, I simply put all the weight on my left foot and ended up twisting just enough to Eff up my left knee, not fun! Your description of what happened to you sure reminds me of that and I really hope you got to feeling better before curve balls flew in your direction!

					<description>that's funny what you said about almonds.  We love them and know that they're sooooo good for you in small quantities.  BUT, once we get started, there's no stopping us - we'll just munch and munch and munch.  We had to write them out of our diet - no self-control where those are concerned!</description>
