About Me
Hi, I’m Kashmoney, or Kasha for short. I recently got into bodybuilding after taking a quick course on personal training. I took it out of self-interest, but enjoyed hanging at the gym so much that I was offered a job.
I’ve been a tubby all my life, and my personal high was about 190 pounds (~ 85 kilos). I lost about 20 pounds in my early twenties and have been fluctuating between 140 and 160 pounds ever since.
I’m the queen of crash dieting and have done some stupid (not to mention dangerous) things - like cabbage soup, fasting, lemonade etc.
After my personal training course I decided to take responsible action for all the damage I’ve done to my metabolism over the years, so here I am.
A lot of stuff I’ll write will be personal, cause truth is this ain’t anyone’s business but mine. But I got to let it out somewhere, so I hope you enjoy my rants, raves and random thoughts.
