I’m thinking I should get some pictures up.  For 160 pounds I don’t look half bad to be honest.  I’ve been lifting weights for a few months now, and just got this flibflab around my waist and bottom.  I see these fitness models at 115 pounds and wonder what I would look like if I lost 45 pounds, or if I’d still continue to exist.

Meal 1

1 cup oats  100
pear  80
coffee + 2 sugars  50
almonds  150

Meal 2

2 cups cabbage/carrot salad 100
olive oil  240
piece bread  50
eggplant salad  200

Total calories: 590 (whoa!)

Meal 3

Meal 5

What a screwed up day.  First, we ate out at work, so I was being good and had two chicken skewers, cabbage/carrot salad but had 3 small chocolate pieces afterwards.  Then I went to my other job at the gym, and it felt like everyone was on a mission to piss me off.  Plus my ass looked huge in all the reflecting mirrors.  Had a good workout today: chest + bi’s and some nice HIIT on the treadmill.  Here’s the breakdown of my food:

Meal 1

1 cup oatmeal  100
apple  100
coffee + 2 sugars  50
almonds  100

Total:  350

Meal 2

2 skewers chicken  300
salad + 2 tbsp olive oil  240
eggplant salad  300
chocolates  60

Total:  900

Meal 3

apple  100
tea + 2 sugars  50

Total:  150

Meal 4

cabbage salad  50
2 tbsp olive oil  240
apple  100
20 almonds  150

Total:  540

binge on almonds and fruits. ~800 cals?  was stressed from work.  got to find a better way of handling this.

100 + 80 + 160 + 50

= 390 calories

Meal 2

1 cup cabbage/carrot salad
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup almonds
2 rye crisps
coffee + 2 sugars
25 + 360 + 160 + 20 + 50

= 615 calories

Meal 3

1 egg
1 rye crisp
80 + 10

= 90 calories

Meal 4

1 green apple
handful grapes
coffee + 2 sugars

= 250 calories

Meal 5

Green Salad
1 tin mackeral
1 rye crisp

20 + 270 + 10

= 300 calories

Diet Plan

I used the calculator found here:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/girard2.htm to figure out my daily calorie needs.

In order to maintain my current weight, I need to consume 2000/day.

In order to lose 1 pound/week I need to consume 1500/day, so what follows will be a daily blog of what I’m eating.

My current weight is 160, and I’d like to be about 135, so that’s 25 pounds to lose.  According to this formula that should take about 7 months with one pound gone per week.
