			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was doing great and then money ran out. No membership at the gym and bad food is cheaper than eating clean. Supplements ran out, too. I feel so bad and unhealthy. I do plan on running in the morning about 5:30. I hope I can do it. I can&#8217;t lift, but I will try to do home cardio. I have to get my motivation back. Any one see 1/2 ton mom and 1/2 ton dad? I feel like that. I don&#8217;t know anything anymore. How do you eat clean on a budget? How do you eat clean when you are the only one in the house eating clean. It is like two different grocery lists. I got down to 269.5 now I am back up to 274 lbs. I feel like I need a drill instructer in my ear screaming at me to get it done. God it was so much easier back then. You had to do it or else&#8230; hell&#8230; ther was no &quot;or else&quot;&#8230;. you had to do it. The Marines fed you 3 times a day with cardio Mon., Wed., Fri. You did your daily 7 and then ran like hell anywhere from 3 miles to 6 miles and more at times.  I will try again&#8230; so far I am dissappointed at me and in me.

All day Saturday and today Sunday. I feel like sh**. I f*^&amp;ked up and I just feel ashamed. I don&#8217;t know&#8230; I know what I need to do, but dang&#8230; always being hungry and the headaches from being hungry. I know I sound like a big b**ch. I guess I am. I cheated. I eat 6 times a day and take a fat burner and drink a gallon of water a day. I am not talking just hungry&#8230;.STARVING!!!!

So, I hurried and ate breakfast and thought that I should just go ahead and push everything up and hour or so. I spent all day feeling really really bad. All my meals were just late. I had feelings of light headedness and really hungry all day. Since this is a non-workout day&#8230; I didn&#8217;t think that I should consume my Monster Milk. Therefor, that took two meals away from me. I hadn&#8217;t planned for that. I don&#8217;t workout on Wed., Sat., or Sun. How do I control my diet on those days? Should I start working out on Wed., too? Or is 4 days good enough? Again, I just felt like crap all day. Any advice? By the way&#8230; I weighed Monday @ 277 lbs and weighed this morning @ 272. I thought that I wanted to gain up to 285, but it seems that the regiment that I am on will make me lose weight first, then &#8230; well&#8230; I don&#8217;t know. I just want to be lean and big.

<p>Meal 1: 7 a.m.            1/2 cup grits (uncooked) + 4 lg egg whites</p>
<p>Snack: 9:30               1 can tuna + 1 Fruit  (apple : granny smith)</p>
<p>Meal 2: 12 noon          1 Turkey patty + 1/2 cup pinto beans + 1/2 cup corn</p>
<p>Snack: 2:30 p.m.        1 can tuna + 1/2 cup cut green beans</p>
<p>Meal 3: 5:00 p.m.        2 turkey patties + 1/2 cup pinto beans + 1/2 cup corn</p>
<p>Snack: 7:00 p.m.      Pre-workout      20 oz. Monster Milk + Flaxseed Oil (Gross taste)</p>
<p>Meal 4: 9:00 p.m.      Post workout     20 oz. Monster Milk + 1 can tuna</p>
<p>Protein= 286g; Fiber= 39g; Carbs= 199g; Calories= 2,340</p>
<p>I am a little worried about the calories. Well there is my first time creating a meal plan. If it is wrong. Let me know, because I have to get this nutrition down. My workout routine is great&#8230;. I think. Cardio is lacking (because it is so boring), I know&#8230;. I know&#8230;. I have to do it, too! Let me know what you think.</p>
