I don’t know how, but I fumbled.
I was doing great and then money ran out. No membership at the gym and bad food is cheaper than eating clean. Supplements ran out, too. I feel so bad and unhealthy. I do plan on running in the morning about 5:30. I hope I can do it. I can’t lift, but I will try to do home cardio. I have to get my motivation back. Any one see 1/2 ton mom and 1/2 ton dad? I feel like that. I don’t know anything anymore. How do you eat clean on a budget? How do you eat clean when you are the only one in the house eating clean. It is like two different grocery lists. I got down to 269.5 now I am back up to 274 lbs. I feel like I need a drill instructer in my ear screaming at me to get it done. God it was so much easier back then. You had to do it or else… hell… ther was no "or else"…. you had to do it. The Marines fed you 3 times a day with cardio Mon., Wed., Fri. You did your daily 7 and then ran like hell anywhere from 3 miles to 6 miles and more at times. I will try again… so far I am dissappointed at me and in me.

Don’t give up! Hang in there! You’ve only gained back 5 pounds ~ that’s it. At least it’s not 15! Or 50!!
I had the same mentality too for a while, that eating "cheap fast food" was cheaper. But if you think about how much money you really spend on fast food and how many times a day and how many times a week, it should equal out to be the same if not more than eating healthy. You just aren’t paying for it all in one swipe at the grocery store. Think about your fav. healthy foods. If you buy a pack of 4/5 chicken breasts, some lettuce and stuff for a salad, yams, tuna, etc… and make it all at once on a Sunday - by the time you break those down into meals you are looking at just a few bucks a meal. Much cheaper and obviously much healthier for you! I know when you get in a rut it’s hard not to give back into those depressing feelings and just give up and say screw it I’m eating a cheeseburger! But DONT DO IT!! Be Strong! Your body may not change on the outside appearance overnight, but just think of how much better it feels on the inside! Instead of being all gassy and bloated and feeling greasy and fat, you will feel lighter and feel better knowing you put nutrients and good food into your body to feed it to keep you going through your workouts!
I can tell you all this cause I have been there and done that (more than once) myself.
So you fell off the bandwagon… get your azz back up and get on!! You can do it! And you will feel better that you did!
Think of those old days with someone in your face telling you better get moving….or else!! Pretend they are still in your face, but this time it is you in your own face telling you to get up and get movin!!! Dont be disappointed in yourself. Know that you are human and you just made a mistake and will do better and will feel better tomorrow!
