On the right track… I think.
Well, I woke up late this morning and as it was…. I was late for my 1st meal. So, I hurried and ate breakfast and thought that I should just go ahead and push everything up and hour or so. I spent all day feeling really really bad. All my meals were just late. I had feelings of light headedness and really hungry all day. Since this is a non-workout day… I didn’t think that I should consume my Monster Milk. Therefor, that took two meals away from me. I hadn’t planned for that. I don’t workout on Wed., Sat., or Sun. How do I control my diet on those days? Should I start working out on Wed., too? Or is 4 days good enough? Again, I just felt like crap all day. Any advice? By the way… I weighed Monday @ 277 lbs and weighed this morning @ 272. I thought that I wanted to gain up to 285, but it seems that the regiment that I am on will make me lose weight first, then … well… I don’t know. I just want to be lean and big.
