My meal Plan… I think???

Ok… I think I have it. I was told that you need 1 gram of protein for every 1 pound of body weight. So I constructed a meal plan to reach that goal. I weigh 277 lbs so I need 277 grams of protein. So here it is…

Meal 1: 7 a.m.            1/2 cup grits (uncooked) + 4 lg egg whites

Snack: 9:30               1 can tuna + 1 Fruit  (apple : granny smith)

Meal 2: 12 noon          1 Turkey patty + 1/2 cup pinto beans + 1/2 cup corn

Snack: 2:30 p.m.        1 can tuna + 1/2 cup cut green beans

Meal 3: 5:00 p.m.        2 turkey patties + 1/2 cup pinto beans + 1/2 cup corn

Snack: 7:00 p.m.      Pre-workout      20 oz. Monster Milk + Flaxseed Oil (Gross taste)

Meal 4: 9:00 p.m.      Post workout     20 oz. Monster Milk + 1 can tuna

Protein= 286g; Fiber= 39g; Carbs= 199g; Calories= 2,340

I am a little worried about the calories. Well there is my first time creating a meal plan. If it is wrong. Let me know, because I have to get this nutrition down. My workout routine is great…. I think. Cardio is lacking (because it is so boring), I know…. I know…. I have to do it, too! Let me know what you think.

    Meal looks good. You could mix those oats with your protein and natual peanut butter. It taste awesome.

    How many people take a muti-vitamin? Do you get something cheap or go for the nearly $50 choice that the GNC store tried to sell me?

    i would go for animal pak.
    great product, its about 30 online and you get 44 packs
    it comes with 11 pills so, its alot but worth it
