Back on track.

Well I felt like shit after I cheated all weekend. It made me mad as hell and that is all I could think about while I was at the gym these past couple of days. I am pushing my cardio farther and seem more determined. Although I feel like I am sinning every time I put a piece of food in my mouth. Anyway, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

I worked so hard to get under 270 lbs, and I finally did. I weighed in at 269.5 lbs. Then… It happened. I got so freaking hungry I just ate and ate and ate. All day Saturday and today Sunday. I feel like sh**. I f*^&ked up and I just feel ashamed. I don’t know… I know what I need to do, but dang… always being hungry and the headaches from being hungry. I know I sound like a big b**ch. I guess I am. I cheated. I am sorry to myself and to all of you. I lost my will power.

I have been trying to get below 270 lbs for everrrrr! I woke up this morning and went to weigh in and there it was 269.5 lbs!!!! Ok, not far below…. but below considering I started from 295 lbs. Anyway, I was freaking estactic!!! I got to fight the hunger. As I said yesterday, I stay hungry all the time. I eat 6 times a day and take a fat burner and drink a gallon of water a day. I am not talking just hungry….STARVING!!!!

Always hungry…. Why???

I eat the every 2.5 to 3 hours, but I stay hungry… not just hungry, but STARVING!!!! Does anyone else have this problem? I am about to give it up and go eat some food.

Well, I woke up late this morning and as it was…. I was late for my 1st meal. So, I hurried and ate breakfast and thought that I should just go ahead and push everything up and hour or so. I spent all day feeling really really bad. All my meals were just late. I had feelings of light headedness and really hungry all day. Since this is a non-workout day… I didn’t think that I should consume my Monster Milk. Therefor, that took two meals away from me. I hadn’t planned for that. I don’t workout on Wed., Sat., or Sun. How do I control my diet on those days? Should I start working out on Wed., too? Or is 4 days good enough? Again, I just felt like crap all day. Any advice? By the way… I weighed Monday @ 277 lbs and weighed this morning @ 272. I thought that I wanted to gain up to 285, but it seems that the regiment that I am on will make me lose weight first, then … well… I don’t know. I just want to be lean and big.

My meal Plan… I think???

Ok… I think I have it. I was told that you need 1 gram of protein for every 1 pound of body weight. So I constructed a meal plan to reach that goal. I weigh 277 lbs so I need 277 grams of protein. So here it is…

Meal 1: 7 a.m.            1/2 cup grits (uncooked) + 4 lg egg whites

Snack: 9:30               1 can tuna + 1 Fruit  (apple : granny smith)

Meal 2: 12 noon          1 Turkey patty + 1/2 cup pinto beans + 1/2 cup corn

Snack: 2:30 p.m.        1 can tuna + 1/2 cup cut green beans

Meal 3: 5:00 p.m.        2 turkey patties + 1/2 cup pinto beans + 1/2 cup corn

Snack: 7:00 p.m.      Pre-workout      20 oz. Monster Milk + Flaxseed Oil (Gross taste)

Meal 4: 9:00 p.m.      Post workout     20 oz. Monster Milk + 1 can tuna

Protein= 286g; Fiber= 39g; Carbs= 199g; Calories= 2,340

I am a little worried about the calories. Well there is my first time creating a meal plan. If it is wrong. Let me know, because I have to get this nutrition down. My workout routine is great…. I think. Cardio is lacking (because it is so boring), I know…. I know…. I have to do it, too! Let me know what you think.

 

Flaxseed oil… The taste…uuggghhh!

After reading so much on flaxseed… I went out and bought some (the oil) today. I added 15ml to my 20 oz. Monster Milk (Vanilla) and it tasted sooo bad. It ruined my whole workout. All I could think about was that taste, as it kept comming back up. So beings that this is my first time using it and that I just bought it today… do I keep using it or stop now? Is it really that good for me? Is there anyway to make it taste better? Help!!!

I thought that this was a great place to go to tell people what you are doing and to see what others are doing. Share ideas and learn from each other. I have posted comments and posted blogs and very few people respond. I guess you have to have your own click or something. I am just as lost today as I was when I first started on Bodybuilding.com. Maybe it’s just me. Maybe I am just too dumb to understand the "clean eating" and good nutrition side of bodybuilding. I know I need 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fats (good fats), but I don’t know what carbs are good and what fats are good. I have shared what I am taking as far as supps. and I don’t know if that is even the right combination. I guess it sounds like I just want someone to hold my hand, but that is not the case. I just need some of you to share your knowledge and trials and errors. In the Marines we were only as strong as the weakest link… I guess I am the weakest link on here. I workout every night and I workout hard and I am determined to succeed, but I could use some help. But hey, I know it isn’t your job. So… I just don’t know….
