Dallas is 100% right about the weights and holding the contraction. Examples are Cable pulldowns, ab machines, sit ups with dumbbells, etc....

By using the heavier weights, you'll "thicken" your ab muscles a little, which will give you deeper cuts in between causing the 6 pack effect.

Have your tried circuit training? My trainer has an amazing ab workout (SteveP78) I still have lots of fat to lose, but I can really feel my abs and already tell where they are. My boyfriend is also on his ab plan and in 2 weeks already developing the top of the line and top 2 abs. Just a thought, he may also have a video of the circuit on his page.

Karman,
You will need to train them with weights or go heavier but, still keep the reps high. Your waist will be fine as long as you dont train obliques with weights, that will make your waist expand. Also, try holding the contraction on your abs longer, maybe 5 or more seconds. How often are yout training them?

It would be rough to diet through the honey moon but it has been done before. Either way you look phenomenal for the wedding pictures! Good luck with what ever you decide.
