Can you believe it! I just found out I’m extremely allergic to egg whites and have a slight allergy to cod…I felt a bit overwhelmed by all this news because I was afraid that I couldn’t compete, these 2 foods are a huge bodybuilding staple. I will be in contact with my nutritionist, and I will keep you all posted! I’m trying to keep my chin up…
