Well it has been awhile since I wrote last. Alot has been going on, I’m getting married in 4 weeks! I have been tossing around the idea of doing a show 1 week after my honeymoon (yes, I’m a bit crazy) realizing that this would put me dieting through the honeymoon too…my thought was to keep strict right now and up to the wedding watch my sodium intake and just take it from there if I do the show great if I don’t then I look fantastic for the wedding and honey moon! I will keep you all posted, let me know your thoughts!!

Hi all~
I have done both the shows I set out to do last August, the Bill Pearl classic I came in 4th out of 5 and the Oregon Ironman I came in 3rd out of 7. I must say this was the greatest accomplishment I have ever made in the start of my bodybuilding world! I have to say THANK YOU!!!!! so much to Pete & Apple, they are my nutritionists and wow do they work wonders, I woke up this past Saturday 4 hours before the pre judge feeling a little bloated..called Pete he had me eat some rice cakes alternating between plain and jelly on top, he says "you should see a difference in your body in 15-30 minutes" low and behold it worked sucked up that little bit of water and tightened me right up! Got done with pre judging went home and rested for the night show, I felt like I had done better this week ( i felt a little fuller this time and pumped up a lot more backstage) it definatly showed when I was called for 3rd I think I lost me bearings not sure what pose to do (presentation or front) anyways I ended up doing the presentation pose and walking off stage with a 3rd place win. My next goal is to take some time off and put on a little more size, and not compete until next April. We shall see I love stepping on stage!
Give it all you got!!!!!

Hi All~
I finshed my show Saturday May 3rd. I took 4th! The competitiveness comes out in me and I want to do better than that. On to the Ironman, I go into both of these shows looking better than I ever have before thanks to my nutritionist, he was with me boy does he know his stuff! I was impressed. I hope to make him proud when I do this show. I have already impressed myself taking my body to the limits and pushing harder than I ever have before. Thank you for all of your encouraging comments.

Hi All,
Well here I have a week left before the show! I have been eating fish and veggies 7x a day (even breakfast) and all I can think about is French toast with tons of Syrup and butter! I wonder why it is that the cravings get worse the closer it is too showtime??
I feel great today this last week was the hardest one yet, so tired all I wanted to do was sleep, it was hard to get motivated at the gym…a few encouraging shoves from my nutritionist and my workout partner and trained through it.
Pics to post tomorrow, Have a great day everybody!!!

Well it’s countdown time. I know what i need to do to get it done in the gym, but the diet part kills me! haha I’m still allowed 2 cheat meals (controlled) thank you Pete! Cardio has really stepped up although I only have to do 30 min at 5am I now have to do 60 min at night. (yuck) I’m really happy with the progress my body has made and only hope to impress the judges. I was going to do fitness and figure, but have injured myself and will only do figure and do my fitness routine in June.
Thank you for all your kind words and support it means a lot to me!

Well the countdown really begins, am cardio gets a little more intense, and the diet changes again. I’m finally down to 11% bf and maintained my weght at 109 pounds. Posing every night until I can perfect it. Wowza is my lower back sore from it, as I have to keep my butt out!
I owe a huge THANK YOU to Tami Ough (IFBB Fitness Pro) for helping me choreograph my routine, and Pete & Apple for the best diets ever thank you for keeping me lean and still allowing my 2 cheat meals a week, those help keep the sanity. There website is www.constructionzn.com . Thank you also to those of you who have left me encouraging words.

Hello all~
Well here I’am 6 weeks out from my competition! I’m a little nervous, although this is my 2nd one. The first time I competed I was 99 pounds and had lost all the muscle I had worked so hard for. Well now I feel a little more educated and with a great support group I feel I can succeed! I have hired a great nutritionist, he writes my diets for me and checks my bodyfat as his wife told me "we take the thinking out of it and all you have to do is train" they are wonderful. I have also been training with IFBB pro Tami Ough, she is wonderful as well! I will keep all of you updated on the next 6 weeks as this is an adventure for me I intend on doing for a long time!
