Current Supps
Higher Power CEE, Higher Power L-Glutamine, MRM BCAA’s, Beta-alanine, ON Whey Protein, Controlled labs glycer grow, L-Leucine powder, NOW carbo gain, flax oils and fish body oils
I currently take in around 5,000 calories a day, 300-400 grams of protein and around 500 grams of cabs
Next week I’ll start clean bulking and lose around 5-10 pounds before spring break and after that I will start dieting and lose another 10 pounds or so for summer
