2 hours cardio today and I’m knackerd I started at 630am did an hour worked for 12 hours then another hour of cardio ( I must be sick ) I’m off tomozz so I’ll do chest and tri’s plus another hour of cardio iv a **** load of fat to get rid of

1 hours cardio at home as the gym is shut for easter. No easter eggs for me and a low carb 150gm / 2000 calorie / protien 250 a day diet.

hi in 2000 and 2004 i completed in a few shows and was happy with myself and progress but since then i have let myself go. with my wifes dad and my dad passing away in the same year our lives got put on hold then a change of job meant no time to go to the gym i work 4 12hour shifts followed by 2 17hour shifts i work as a security gaurd and a bouncer. so now im 18 stone and out of condition so today is the start of the new me. i will try and keep this blog updated with photos and text so see u in blogland karl
