Well I have made it 4 weeks only missing 3 days due to my foot. I am now able to run consistently at a high intensity for about 30-45 minutes and alot of my strength has increased. I'm not really seeing the progress in my measurements/mirror/or scale but I do feel healthier and more conditioned. My scale stayed at 229 this week and i've been working my butt off. It is a little disappointing but I was more disappointed by my measurements which have barely fluctuated since the beginning. No matter what, I am still committed to this lifestyle and 4 weeks is barely anything compared to the lengths I plan on working out in my life. This is a lifestyle change not a 12 week reality tv lose weight show!
