If you are asking how to flex your lats while posing "relaxed," I have an idea: squeeze while doing low pulley rows/wide lat pulldowns. I used to carry a lot more muscle/less fat and would walk around with my shirt off flexing (talk about testosterone!). A friend/roomie who had a great physique pointed out that I needed to learn to "pop" my lats so I would look bigger. Well, I don't think I ever learned that until I spent some time (years) visualizing the squeeze while working out. Best of luck to you on making it "so" and getting it done faster than I did!

what is manditories?in order to to bring out your lats, there are many kind of exercises you should do and try such as pull ups or assisted pull-ups (this is definitely the best way to develop the V-shape), lat pulldown, cable crossover/ rowing, DB pullover (for rhomboids also) and many more.

there is no easy way to get good result without stay committed and hard work.
you should eat and take a lot of protein also in order to develop and gain more muscle mass, also particularly the Lats (or latissimus dorsi) is the biggest muscle group in our upper body and it's not easy to gain.
but don't worry, it's maybe a matter of time. just train hard, be patience and consistent and you will do well.
good Luck!!

for cutting of your bodyfat and keep it low, it is important to do cardio as much as possible. for women and girls (female), the body fat usually gather in the area of hips and thighs..so doing a lot of cardio is a good idea.

also don't forget nor ignore the weight training, because the more muscle you gain, the more fat you burn. Men or male tend to lose their bodyfat and bodyweight more easily than women because they have more muscle than females do.

also stick with your dieat well. eat clean or lean protein 1-1.5 grams per pounds of your bodyweight. try to eliminate carbs and fat (esp saturated fat). however you can take complex carb such as veggies, whole wheat bread, and so on so forth.

good luck in burning your fat
