i ve traveled to another city for another mission. yesterday i went to see a gym which is nearby. it’s a good one so i decided to go there for a leg session. i ll try to focus on calves.

at 06h00 am i went for 30 mn running and some push ups and abs exercises. late in the afternoon, i went to the gym. i had pec as well as arm’s exercises. i ate enormous quantities of food today to compensate the energy that i spent. my schedule is going well and i am satisfied with results. cooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool!

TODAY I WENT TO THE BEACH IT WAS VERY FUNNY AND ME AND MY FREINDS SPENT A WONDERFULL AFTERNOON, WE SAWM, PLAYED VOLLEYBALL AND WENT AFTER TO SEE A FOOTBALL MATCH ON THE T.V; IN THE NIGHT WE WENT TO THE DISCO, MUSIC WAS VERY EXCITING AND LOUD I COULDN’T EVEN HEAR MY FREIND TALKING TO ME.
