400g chicken breast
200g egg whites
200g white fish
30g 90% protein powder
100g peanut butter / nuts
no veggies!!!! i&#8217;m getting really hungry!!!!

		<description><![CDATA[im trying for the first time something similar to palumbo&#8217;s diet.
-400g chicken breast
-400g white fish
-400g egg white
-100g peanuts butter no salt no sugar
-100g walnuts
 -600g raw veggies
at the moment, i cannot eat everything! i&#8217;m  not yet starved.
i quite never eat veggies and often, i loose 200g fish or chicken and 200g eggs.
