my diet - from jul 19th
im trying for the first time something similar to palumbo’s diet.
-400g chicken breast
-400g white fish
-400g egg white
-100g peanuts butter no salt no sugar
-100g walnuts
-600g raw veggies
at the moment, i cannot eat everything! i’m not yet starved.
i quite never eat veggies and often, i loose 200g fish or chicken and 200g eggs.
i think is not good to force myself eating. when my body we’ll be ready, i’ll eat eveything
