after 10 day with high kcal - no carbs diet, i’ve lowered in this way:
400g chicken breast
200g egg whites
200g white fish
30g 90% protein powder
100g peanut butter / nuts
no veggies!!!! i’m getting really hungry!!!!

TU: shoulders, abs
WE: rest, sometimes cardio
THU: chest, calves, abs
FRI: back, shoulders, abs
SAT: arms, legs, abs
every wo is followed by 15-25′ cardio

im trying for the first time something similar to palumbo’s diet.
-400g chicken breast
-400g white fish
-400g egg white
-100g peanuts butter no salt no sugar
-100g walnuts
-600g raw veggies
at the moment, i cannot eat everything! i’m not yet starved.
i quite never eat veggies and often, i loose 200g fish or chicken and 200g eggs.
i think is not good to force myself eating. when my body we’ll be ready, i’ll eat eveything

i’m preparing for a competiotion that (maybe) we’ll be on 20-21 oct. but we still don’t know the date and the place!
this is a selection to go to wabba world championship in Siberia.
living in a city where the perceived heat is above 40°, i’m dreaming Siberia!
i hope to be more ripped than european champ (i made a mistake with water during last week) and i’m afraid i’ll not be able to put some more muscle. so i’ll focus on definition and shape!
