Just moved back to Austin
July 8, 2008I’ve just moved back to Austin from Albuquerque. I can’t wait to get started working out again. I’ve been away from the weights for about 2 weeks. I hope my body bounces right back into it.
I’m going to be working out at home now as opposed to Planet Fitness, therefore my workout is going to change a little. I think I’ll have a little more time to work out now, but my options are going to be significantly limited. I’ve only got a Nautilus weight rack and bench. I’ll still be able to do all of my major exercises ie: squats, bench, dead lifts, etc. Having said that, I’m going to miss out on some of the specialty exercises that I enjoyed before ie: pec dec, cable cross-over, and more.
I also start a new supplement tomorrow called Tribulus. I’m not one to jump on the supplement bandwagon but this one was intrigueing to me. I like the fact that it may increase my testoterone. It’s also supposed to increase one’s libido… God knows I don’t need an increase in that area.
In closing: it will be nice to hit the gym again and get serious about my nutrition. I found it nearly impossible to work out and eat right during the mayhem while moving to another city.
