Hi im 14 and have been lifting roughly 2 years now in the football offseason. Since january I have went from 145LBS to 168Lbs. I am now at a plateu. I am using creakic hardcore and muscle milk. what can I take as an alternitive to this or with this to improve my muscle gains.

Have you started your growth spurt yet?
What do you eat, how much and how often?
What are your workouts like?
Supplements are a great ’supplement’ to everything else once you get the everything else in line.
Maybe it’s me, but 14 is awful young to take Creatine.
