11 weeks out from Cumbria
its now coming up on week 5 of the diet, took the past week really easy with regards to the diet, iv moved gym which kind of sux but the membership is free for me so it makes sense, ill still train at bodytek and ill always be part of that gym its in my blood now. the suppoer i get from them is good so ill be training there about 2 times a week and the other sessions of the week ill be training at my local bannatynes gym, its nice in there you have the luxuries of the pool and spa facilities but its not really weight lifting and bodybuilding focused which is what i really miss, but its has the equiptment i guess its just the atmosphere in there. like i said the past week iv took it easy becuase i felt way too tired and run down so i upped my carb and fat intake and what a boost of energy it gave me, and wierdly enough im looking alot better. some great improvments now im my abs and legs so im definalty on target. As of monday ill begin to reduce my high carb diet back to normal again but mix things up with regards to the food type to keep me intrested. ill take the weekend easy and have some tasty carbs like a pizza without the cheese and other things along them lines. ill be getting some pics taken next week i hope so ill be able to really see my improvment from my off season pics.
