Contest prep. 13 weeks out from MR Cumbria.
so i’v been dieting for 2 weeks now and im feeling good and sticking to it unlike some of last years show. some good noticable imporvment already, ill be uploading pictures end of january i think but so far so good. exited to get into the best shape of life. the diet is pretty simple mainly brown pasta and rice protien shakes and chicken, turkey, tuna and steaks. on the supplement side im currently taking PhD whey protein, BSN nitrix 360 and Biotest tribex gold. training 5 times a week and currently doing 3 days of cardio a week lasting a total of 35 mins per session. i like to power walk alot on a good high incline and i also use the bike on occasion, i choose to mix and match to prevent cardio becoming boring, and i watch movies on my ipod touch aswel to make the time go faster!!, its my first time writing a post and i guess ill continue to do so throughout my whole contest prep and ill also be uploading pictures every couple of weeks.

good luck for the show mate! you have a good headstart on some of your competition. There not starting until mid feb! Did you enter last year? what did you come?

na i never entered for some reason i dont know why. 12 weeks left now wieghing in at 78 kg a total loss of 4 gk since i started so im off to a good start, but have time to take it easy and diet wisely so i dont peak too soon. cheers for the comment mate well recieved.
