Well it would now of been 9 or so weeks out from the cumbria but due to certain circumstances them bieng my career training i have had to move competition dates, i was supposed to be going to jamaica in may but now have major comitments in may so the holiday had to be moved closer therefore i will be away when the Cumbria show comes around. So the plan is now to do the NABBA north west in which i placed 2nd last year and the plan is to come 1st this year, so i will continue to diet as of Yesterday Monday 16th feb ( i had two weeks off the diet ) and get near contest shape for my holiday, lukily enough im going to a 5 Star resort all inclusive therefore i can continue to eat clean and have facilities to train so that i will not pack on the pounds whilst being away for 2 weeks!!! so bring on the NABBA north west May 17th.

its now coming up on week 5 of the diet, took the past week really easy with regards to the diet, iv moved gym which kind of sux but the membership is free for me so it makes sense, ill still train at bodytek and ill always be part of that gym its in my blood now. the suppoer i get from them is good so ill be training there about 2 times a week and the other sessions of the week ill be training at my local bannatynes gym, its nice in there you have the luxuries of the pool and spa facilities but its not really weight lifting and bodybuilding focused which is what i really miss, but its has the equiptment i guess its just the atmosphere in there. like i said the past week iv took it easy becuase i felt way too tired and run down so i upped my carb and fat intake and what a boost of energy it gave me, and wierdly enough im looking alot better. some great improvments now im my abs and legs so im definalty on target. As of monday ill begin to reduce my high carb diet back to normal again but mix things up with regards to the food type to keep me intrested. ill take the weekend easy and have some tasty carbs like a pizza without the cheese and other things along them lines. ill be getting some pics taken next week i hope so ill be able to really see my improvment from my off season pics.

so i’v been dieting for 2 weeks now and im feeling good and sticking to it unlike some of last years show. some good noticable imporvment already, ill be uploading pictures end of january i think but so far so good. exited to get into the best shape of life. the diet is pretty simple mainly brown pasta and rice protien shakes and chicken, turkey, tuna and steaks. on the supplement side im currently taking PhD whey protein, BSN nitrix 360 and Biotest tribex gold. training 5 times a week and currently doing 3 days of cardio a week lasting a total of 35 mins per session. i like to power walk alot on a good high incline and i also use the bike on occasion, i choose to mix and match to prevent cardio becoming boring, and i watch movies on my ipod touch aswel to make the time go faster!!, its my first time writing a post and i guess ill continue to do so throughout my whole contest prep and ill also be uploading pictures every couple of weeks.
