End of week 4
This week was a tough one filled with crazy cravings and lack of motivation to workout. I think it was the string of night shifts that I just finished up. Can’t wait to get my body back to a normal schedule and hopefully feel better. I definitely hit a wall yesterday and it took all my energy to even finish my workout. After looking at my pictures and weighing in I still feel motivation but I think the progress is slowing from the first few weeks. So I have to keep looking forward and imagining my goal.
