I have been dieting for about 2 weeks, so far so good, doing things a little different this time around&#8230;.. if you don&#8217;t change the steps to get there, the end result will not be any different, right?! I want to come in better than I have before! Its off season for me, so time to put on some muscle!I am hoping to do some damage the next time I&#8217;m on stage. I&#8217;m not so sure though that I&#8217;l ever do 3 shows in a row again, each 4 weeks apart. My body can&#8217;t hang doing that. Well, thats it for now, keep your eyes open for me to appear in an ad for bodybuilding.com. Its a few bb&#8217;s and I in a bus. Should be in the muscle mags soon.
