So we will see how that works, As of monday i plan on going back to eating right&#8230;5 meals a day, calorie watching, staying away from alcohol. I have become addicted to my workouts&#8230;&#8230;i figure 6 more weeks and ill load another pic

I picked it up again in October starting from the beginning. So far so good&#8230;.7 weeks in and i feel good, i have not been eating properly, well i should say i have not been watching what i have been eating so i put on a few pounds since the summer but as of this coming Monday its back to watching and cutting out all the crap. Workouts have been great and i feel good during my runs&#8230;.eating right will just be the icing on the cake <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />
