Well…..
I started the H.I.T Program in July and after 6 weeks i got sick plus we went on vacation so i basically let my workouts fall by the waist side. I picked it up again in October starting from the beginning. So far so good….7 weeks in and i feel good, i have not been eating properly, well i should say i have not been watching what i have been eating so i put on a few pounds since the summer but as of this coming Monday its back to watching and cutting out all the crap. Workouts have been great and i feel good during my runs….eating right will just be the icing on the cake
