Well after eating to much over the holiday weekend i figured this week would just be a strict H.I.I.T Cardio week before jumping back into my H.I.T program (planning on increasing reps and lowering weight) Well it seems my kids put an end to that, i caught what they had and now i am feeling the pain. I guess it will have to wait another week to burn off this turkey…..

love handles….UGH i run i bike i eat right….i workout…..so i am losing weight (lost it actually) trimmed out got a little leaner, legs are looking good, chest is coming along as well as arms and other parts of the body…..YET I CANT LOOSE THE LOVE HANDLES…..what gives? What do i have to do, have them cut off…..geez……HELP

Finishing up week 10, i have to say i am feeling pretty good from a strength point of view. i have without a doubt gained some size , i plan on doing more running to try and trim up and i will be taking the BSN ATRO-PHEX. So we will see how that works, As of monday i plan on going back to eating right…5 meals a day, calorie watching, staying away from alcohol. I have become addicted to my workouts……i figure 6 more weeks and ill load another pic

I gotta say its been kind rough lately…just not feeling like working out and fighting off a cold..and a wrist injury..but i have been pushing through……i gotta start running more as well…..find a way to be more motivated….i feel like i am running in mud

I started the H.I.T Program in July and after 6 weeks i got sick plus we went on vacation so i basically let my workouts fall by the waist side. I picked it up again in October starting from the beginning. So far so good….7 weeks in and i feel good, i have not been eating properly, well i should say i have not been watching what i have been eating so i put on a few pounds since the summer but as of this coming Monday its back to watching and cutting out all the crap. Workouts have been great and i feel good during my runs….eating right will just be the icing on the cake

Well Today was a tough day,On Tuesday i did a 18.75 Mile mountain bike ride in 1 hour and 48min….so i may have been a little worn out for todays workout……Today i did the workout as written and i felt like puking after i was done, i went to complete failure on each exercise and i didn’t have enough energy to do a 20 min interval run as i did on Monday…..2 workouts in and so far so good……

Well three more days to go….July 9th i start doing Dr. Darden’s H.I.T Program along with the Zero Impact Diet. Should be some interesting results, I am excited and i cant wait to get ready to get going. Hopefully by the end i will be ripped and ad on some significant size as well
