RIGHT NOW!! I have been doing everything other than taking care of me! The everything I am talking about is my job, extra work here and there, helping friends, etc. Now it’s time to focus on me again. I feel like crap and it shows in my progress pictures. I recently got strep throat (probably because I haven’t been taking care of myself) and with having to slow down and rest for a day I have had time to realize that I need to make changes…not tomorrow…not next week… but NOW!!
So here I go! Trying to eat clean and get my workouts back on track. I honestly miss my morning runs!! I see so many people on here who are busting their ass to be healthy, strong, and sexy (and are actually doing it) so now its my turn! I need to stop wishing I could be in better shape than ever and actually DO IT!
Guess I just needed to vent!
So wait and see just how much progress I am going to make

So today I officially started teaching at my new school!! I love it so far even though I miss the "crazy" people I used to work with. I am looking forward getting to know a whole new group (776 little rugrats to be exact)!! Since there are all kinds of changes with work this brings me to this…
It is time I start being more motivated for me! I love working out and eating right but I have been SLACKING! I am making a fresh new start with my job so I figure what a good time to make a fresh new start with myself.
#1-My first goal is to get up and do cardio BEFORE I go to work!!!! Those kiddos wear me out all day so I have to get it done before…no exceptions!! I love lifting so no problems working that in 
#2-CLEAN UP my diet!!!!! Since I teach my students to be healthy it’s time to be an example!
#3 Be consistent!
Any tips for packing healthy (high protein) lunches is greatly appreciated!!

So whenever I get off track for a little while it takes me about a week or two to get back on track. I have been on track with my diet for a few days now! I AM READY and motivated to eat clean! I have been sick for the past 2 1/2 weeks so I haven’t been doing much cardio which is not a good combination.
READY TO MEET MY GOAL….its time to get going
